1. Rizhao Lanshan Shugang Railway Project (continued). The total length of the line is 31.57 kilometers, with an investment of 2.452 billion yuan. The construction period is from 2020 to December 2022, and the planned investment in 2022 is 777 million yuan.

2. Rizhao Station Passenger Facility Reconstruction Project (Continued Construction). The investment is 1.921 billion yuan. The construction period is from December 2021 to December 2024, and it is planned to complete an investment of 600 million yuan in 2022.

3. Pinglan Railway Capacity Expansion and Reconstruction Project (Continued Construction). The total length is about 32.97 kilometers, and the investment is 2.05 billion yuan. The construction period is from December 2021 to December 2023, and it is planned to complete an investment of 800 million yuan in 2022.

4. Special railway project of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Rizhao Co., Ltd. (continued construction). The main line is 2.777 kilometers long, with an investment of 345 million yuan. The construction period is from August 2021 to December 2022, and the planned investment in 2022 is 165 million yuan.

5. Reconstruction and upgrading project of Rizhao West Comprehensive Passenger Station (newly started). Investment of 38 million yuan. The construction period is from February 2022 to April 2022.

6. The Weifang-Suqian railway project (newly started), the auxiliary channel of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. About 47 kilometers away from Rizhao, there are Wulian North Station and Juxian North Station, with an investment of about 8.5 billion yuan. The construction period is from November 2022 to November 2025, and the planned investment in 2022 is 560 million yuan.

7. The railway project of the auxiliary channel of the Qingdao-Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway (newly started). The territory of Rizhao is about 15.34 kilometers, and the investment is about 2.56 billion yuan. The construction period is from October 2022 to October 2025, and it is planned to complete an investment of 200 million yuan in 2022.

8. Rizhao Port Lanshan Port Area Southern District Railway Special Line Project (newly started). The track laying mileage is about 27.8 kilometers and supporting facilities, with an investment of 850 million yuan. The construction period is from December 2022 to December 2024, and the planned investment in 2022 is 80 million yuan.

9. Rizhao-Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway auxiliary channel railway project (pre-stage). The total length is about 55 kilometers and the investment is about 7.7 billion yuan. The preliminary planning and demonstration work will be carried out in 2022.

10. Supporting facilities project of Wulian North Station of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway Auxiliary Channel (pre-stage). Covering an area of about 130 mu, it will build a bus passenger transfer center, including a tourist distribution center, a display hall for characteristic agricultural products and tourism products, and other facilities; supporting the construction of bus and social vehicle parking spaces, gas stations, etc., and supporting the construction of Station Front Avenue and Sichuan Road , Yingbin Road, etc. The investment is about 600 million yuan, and the preliminary planning and demonstration will be carried out in 2022.

11. Juxian North Station Bus Interchange Hub Project (pre-stage) for the auxiliary channel of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. Covering an area of about 150 mu, it will build a passenger transportation distribution center integrating transfer, tourism, charging, parking and other functions. The east main road and the south main road in the square in front of the station are planned to be constructed, and a "three vertical and four horizontal" expressway network will be constructed. The investment is about 354 million yuan, and the preliminary planning demonstration will be carried out in 2022.

12. The southward relocation project of railway freight in Rizhao area (previous stage). With the adjustment of the plan of “East Coal Relocation to South” and “North Collection and South Dispersion” in Shijiu Port Area of Rizhao Port, the “South in South Out” of freight will be gradually realized. The investment is about 2 billion yuan, and the preliminary planning and demonstration will be carried out in 2022.

13. Rizhao Port Shijiu Port Area Coal Incoming Railway Project (Phase II) (Preliminary). The total mileage of track laying is about 41.7 kilometers and supporting facilities, with an investment of 650 million yuan, and the preliminary planning and demonstration will be carried out in 2022.

(2) Highway construction projects (14 items). The total investment is 38.896 billion yuan. In 2022, it plans to complete an investment of 2.703 billion yuan

1. Arterial highway projects (12 items)

There is 1 continuation project, 5 newly started projects and 6 preliminary projects, with a total investment of 37.56 billion yuan. In 2022, it plans to complete an investment of 1.903 billion yuan.

(1) Lanshan Port Shugang Expressway Project (continued). The total length is about 13.085 kilometers, and the investment is 2.3 billion yuan. The construction period is from December 2021 to December 2024, and it is planned to complete an investment of 1.06 billion yuan in 2022.

(2) The west extension project of Shugang Road, Rizhao Port, on the weekday line of Provincial Highway 220 (newly started). The total length is 57 kilometers and the investment is 3.45 billion yuan. The construction period is from November 2022 to December 2024, and it is planned to complete an investment of 400 million yuan in 2022.

(3) The elevated project of the Rigang section of the South Coast Highway (newly started). It starts from the access entrance of the Longwang River Interchange Ramp on Shugang Avenue and ends at the intersection of Anlan Avenue and Nanhai Road, with a total length of 3.48 kilometers and 10 lanes in both directions. There is one viaduct on the whole line, 2.1 kilometers in length and 6 lanes in both directions; ground auxiliary Road two-way four-lane, with a total investment of 660 million yuan. The construction period is from February 2022 to June 2023, and the planned investment in 2022 is 330 million yuan.

(4) National Highway 342 Rifeng Line Rizhao Qingdao Boundary to Yuli Section Large and Medium Repair Project, (5) Provincial Highway 222 West Lake to Houcun Section Medium Repair Project, (6) Provincial Highway 225 Ju'a Line Rizhao Section Large and Medium Repair Project (newly started). The route maintenance mileage is 77 kilometers in total, with a total investment of 400 million yuan. The construction period is from July 2022 to December 2023, and the planned investment in 2022 is 63 million yuan.

(7) Dongliang Expressway Rizhao Section Project (pre-stage). The total length is about 73 kilometers, two-way four-lane, and the investment is about 12 billion yuan. Complete the preliminary work of the project in 2022, and strive to start construction within this year.

(8) The expansion project of the Shenhai Expressway between the two cities and the Fenshui section (previous stage). The total length is about 61 kilometers, with eight lanes in both directions, and the investment is about 9.2 billion yuan. Complete the preliminary work of the project in 2022, and strive to start construction within this year.

(9) Linri Expressway Project (pre-stage). The total length is about 20 kilometers, two-way six-lane, and the investment is about 4.2 billion yuan. The preliminary planning demonstration will be carried out in 2022.

(10) Reconstruction and expansion project of Rizhao section of National Highway 518 (previous stage). The total length is about 21.7 kilometers, two-way six-lane, and the investment is about 1.65 billion yuan. In 2022, it is planned to complete an investment of 50 million yuan (for the preliminary procedures).

(11) Reconstruction Project of Rizhao Section of Taotang Line of Provincial Highway 314 (pre-stage). The total length is about 21 kilometers, two-way six-lane, and the investment is about 1.6 billion yuan.

(12) Reconstruction Project of Rizhao Section of Provincial Highway 225 Ju'a Line (pre-stage). The total length is about 25 kilometers and the investment is about 2.1 billion yuan.

2. Port collection and distribution highway project (1 item)

(1) The optimization and improvement project of the collection and distribution system in Shijiu Port Area (newly started). The total length of the line is 7.4 kilometers, with a total investment of 736 million yuan. Among them, the total length of the interchange between Linyi South Road and Shugang Expressway is about 1.3 kilometers; the total length of the diamond-shaped interchange between Linyi South Road and Shenzhen Road is about 3 kilometers; the total length of the reconstruction and upgrading project of Beijing South Road and East Coastal Road is 1.4 kilometers; Linyi Road is extended from south to south. The total length of the collection and distribution highway in the district is about 1.7 kilometers, of which the bridge is 1.56 kilometers long. The construction period is from July 2022 to December 2024, and it is planned to complete an investment of 200 million yuan in 2022.

3. Rural Road Project (1 item)

(1) Rural road construction and maintenance project (newly started). 177.8 kilometers of road network renovation and upgrading projects were implemented, 499.5 kilometers of road surface condition improvement projects, 178 kilometers of security projects, and 20 dangerous bridges were reconstructed. An investment of 600 million yuan is planned to be completed in 2022.

(3) Station construction projects (4 items). 3 continued projects and 1 new project. The total investment is 2.467 billion yuan, and the planned investment in 2022 is 695 million yuan

1. The first and last bus station in the High-tech Zone (continued). The construction area of the parking lot is 29,878.55 square meters. The social public parking lot is deeply integrated with the transfer center at the first and last bus station, which can accommodate 30 buses to park at the same time. At the same time, 18 bus charging parking spaces will be built, with an investment of 118 million yuan. The construction period is from March 2021 to June 2022, and the planned investment in 2022 is 20 million yuan.

2. Rizhao Zhonggu Multimodal Integrated Logistics Park (continued). Covering an area of 208 acres, it will build a logistics base integrating ports, railways, highways and other modes of transportation, and build new facilities such as bulk commodities, cold chain logistics centers, high-value warehouses, and unpacking warehouses, with an investment of 330 million yuan. The construction period is from January 2021 to January 2023, and the planned investment in 2022 is 238 million yuan.

3. Rizhao Port International Logistics Park (continued). The total land area is about 348,000 square meters, to build warehousing, LCL, cold chain, urban distribution facilities, supporting business offices, hotel apartments, leisure business and other facilities, to create an international integrated logistics business platform with multiple functions, with an investment of 1.88 billion Yuan. The construction period is from June 2021 to December 2023, and the planned investment in 2022 is 298 million yuan.

4. Reconstruction and upgrading project of bus station pavilion (newly started). The urban bus lines and urban and rural bus stops such as Beijing North Road and Xiamen Road are upgraded according to the garden-style intelligent transformation, with a total of 1,109 sites and an investment of 139 million yuan.
