On July 29, 2022, Changdian Microelectronics started the high-end manufacturing project of wafer-level microsystem integration. The total investment of the project is 10 billion yuan. It is a large-scale intelligent manufacturing project with the highest production technology level and the largest single investment scale in China's integrated circuit packaging and testing and chip finished product manufacturing industry.

Changdian Microelectronics' wafer-level microsystem integration high-end manufacturing project is a major strategic measure for Changdian Technology to further integrate global high-end technical resources, target the cutting-edge field of chip finished product manufacturing, and improve customer service capabilities.

After the completion of the first phase, the annual production capacity of 6 billion high-end advanced packaging chips will be achieved. The products will focus on micro-system integration applications combining high-density wafer-level technology and high-density flip-chip technology, supporting 5G, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, automotive electronics and other terminal applications, representing the main future development direction of the global packaging and testing industry.
