The project is located in Fuzhou City, focusing on two major areas: industrial supporting facilities and livelihood infrastructure, covering construction content in multiple regions and fields. In terms of supporting infrastructure construction in industrial parks, the focus is on enhancing the park's functions and urban service capabilities, covering the construction of municipal roads and supporting facilities, including the improvement of surrounding supporting facilities in key areas such as Jinshan Industrial Park, Fuxing Economic Development Zone, Cangshan Functional Zone, Fuzhou Software Park, and Wusi North Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park, as well as the upgrading of industrial park rapid access channels, supporting facilities and surrounding infrastructure along industrial roads. At the same time, the planning and construction of the park will be accompanied by the construction of parking lots, and charging piles will be installed in the spaces under the bridge, on road parking spaces, and parking lots to promote the deep integration of green transportation and smart parking. The project will also build large advertising light boxes and lamp post advertising spaces on the roads in the area, and simultaneously promote the construction of smart lamp posts on some roads in the area, providing support for urban digital upgrading. The Nanhu Campus project of Gezhi Middle School, which was launched synchronously, is an important component of the project, with a total land area of 91323.03 square meters and a total construction area of 148470.05 square meters, including 114769.76 square meters of above ground construction area and 33700.29 square meters of underground construction area. The project has a building density of 35%, a green space ratio of 35%, and a plot ratio of 1.36.
