Recently, China Road and Bridge has successively won bids in Peru and successfully signed commercial contracts for the housing construction project of Jaén and the maintenance project of Pimentel highway.

Housing construction project in Jaén, Peru

The Peruvian Jaén Housing Project is located in Jaén Province, Cajamarca Region, northern Peru. The owner is the Peruvian National Higher Education and Basic Education Quality Improvement Committee (Pmesut). The main project contents include the expansion of Hahn Higher Institute of Technology, new classrooms, auditoriums and other 9 housing units and their supporting infrastructure. The project covers an area of 44,936 square meters, with an indoor construction area of 20,301 square meters and a construction period of 18 months.

After the project is completed, it will significantly improve the educational infrastructure of the college and improve the level of higher education in Jaén province.

Peru Pimentel Highway Maintenance Project

The Peruvian Pimentel Highway Maintenance Project is located in the Lambayeque and Cajamarca regions in northern Peru. The owner is the National Highway Administration (Provías Nacional) of the Peruvian Ministry of Transportation. The content of the project includes periodic and daily maintenance of the 392-kilometer road, with a construction period of 5 years. After the project is completed, it will improve the traffic conditions along the line, facilitate the travel of residents, and promote the local economic and social development.
