Consul General Li Xuhang said in his speech that the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was successfully held and the decade since the new era has witnessed historic and great changes in China. The latest achievements of China's space program are a microcosm of the great changes in the new era over the past decade. The path of China's space development is completely based on independent innovation and bears a distinctive Chinese stamp.

Li pointed out that the relations between China and Arab countries, including the United Arab Emirates, have entered a fast track of development just like the space industry of the two countries. The first China-Arab Summit will be held in Saudi Arabia in early December. It will be a milestone in the history of China-Arab relations as it will mark a major milestone in the quality of China-Arab relations. The new cooperation between the two countries in the space field will certainly lead a new trend of cooperation between China and Arab countries in the field of science and technology. Li Xuhang sent a message to Chinese and Arab youth that they should dare to dream and pursue their dreams.
