On May 12, 2023, China Energy Construction Hydrogen Energy Co., Ltd. and the People's Government of Luquan District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province signed an investment and development agreement on China Energy Construction's Shijiazhuang Luquan District photovoltaic hydrogen production and hydrogen energy supporting industry projects, and the signing ceremony was successfully completed success.

The project plans to invest 3.2 billion yuan. The project covers hydrogen production by electrolysis of water, comprehensive energy refueling stations, and wind power photovoltaics. It is committed to promoting the establishment and operation of hydrogen energy research institutes and the promotion of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
