Project Overview

Construction site: Baozhong District Planning and Research Unit in Fengquan District, Xinxiang is located in the northwest of Fengquan District, Xinxiang. It is surrounded by roads from the northeast to the northwest of Yulong Avenue to the south of the main canal of the middle route of the South to North Water Transfer Project, west to Tuanjie Avenue, south to Beijing–Guangzhou railway, east to Xinzhong Avenue

Construction scale: The core implementation area of the project is an enclosed area of four roads, which extends to the tourist road in the east, Tuanjie Road in the west, Tonggu Road in the north, and Baozhong Avenue in the south. The implementation content mainly includes land acquisition and demolition compensation, Land consolidation, infrastructure, residential and commercial construction in the area.
