Juan Carlos, who lives in Magala, Spain, placed an order for a ceiling light made in China on the e-commerce platform AliExpress. The next day, the courier rang his doorbell and delivered the product to him.

What a surprise! The logistics time is incredibly fast! Juan Carlos commented.

This ceiling lamp is issued from the logistics warehouse of the Elephant Box located in Alcala, Spain. Before that, it arrived in Xi'an via land transportation from Guangdong, China, and then took the Trans-Eurasia Logistics Chang'an to the logistics warehouse after 20 days. Like more than 100000 other products, it was sent to consumers all over Europe.

This extremely fast shopping experience benefits from the logistics dividends brought by the ten year long Trans-Eurasia Logistics. In 2013, China put forward the initiative of jointly building the the Belt and Road, and the Trans-Eurasia Logistics continued to run as a steel caravan on the Silk Road. In 10 years, Trans-Eurasia Logistics has connected 108 cities in China and 208 cities in 25 European countries.

With the changes of the times, the trade forms of the Silk Road have also undergone changes, and cross-border e-commerce has been favored by more and more consumers around the world due to its advantage of not leaving home to buy globally.

Entering the logistics warehouse of the Thousand Elephant Box, rows of containers were filled with goods, and workers were preparing orders to leave the warehouse. The logistics warehouse covers an area of 12000 square meters, with an average daily order volume of over 6000 pieces. Through cooperation with local courier companies, it ensures that buyers in Spain complete their orders within two days from placing to receiving them. With low cost and strong timeliness, the operation of Trans-Eurasia Logistics has precisely solved the pain points of cross-border logistics. In Mou Jinwen's impression, before 2017, it took about 40 days for the cross-border express delivery undertaken by the company to be delivered to buyers by sea. The time is shortened to 20 days after Trans-Eurasia Logistics is selected. We have collaborated with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and AliExpress, and currently have four overseas warehouses worldwide, providing platform enterprises with services such as consignment, overseas customer service, after-sales maintenance, returns and exchanges.

More and more entrepreneurs engaged in cross-border e-commerce have reached a consensus that Trans-Eurasia Logistics not only provides more convenient logistics conditions for inland cities along the the Belt and Road, but also reduces capital risks for enterprises, improves the logistics chain and brings more profits.Editor/Ma Xue
