The design speed of the intercity railway is 250 kilometers per hour and the whole line is about 334 kilometers. It crosses the three cities of Shijiazhuang, Hengshui and Cangzhou, traverses 17 counties (cities and districts), connects Jizhongnan and Cangzhou Huanghua Port, and is the center of Hebei Province.
