Recently, China National Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the natural gas pipeline FEED project of Ras Al Khaimah Natural Gas Co., Ltd. (RAK GAS) in the United Arab Emirates. This project is the company’s third major overseas order won in October after winning the bid for the detailed design work of the third package of natural gas wellhead facilities in the Bab Oilfield and the remaining design work of the Cyprus LNG terminal project.

The Ras Al Khaimah Natural Gas Pipeline Project in the United Arab Emirates plans to build a natural gas pipeline of about 140 kilometers. It is the largest pipeline project built since the establishment of Ras Al Khaimah Company, and it is also a strategic project determined by the local government. The project was conducted through short-list invitation and public bidding, and a total of 5 international design consulting companies, including the company's Abu Dhabi branch, TEBODIN, and PENSPEN, participated in the bidding.
