Recently, Datang Power Generation issued an announcement to disclose that the eleventh 20th Board of Directors of Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. was held in writing on November 23, 2023 (Thursday). The meeting deliberated and adopted the proposal on investing in the construction of four new energy projects, including the renewable energy alternative engineering project of Hual-electric coal-fired self-owned power plant.

The content of the proposal is that Datang Power Generation invests in the construction of 360MW renewable energy alternative project of Hualudian coal-fired power Plant, 100MW photovoltaic composite power generation project of Jindongyuan Dongxiang Phase I of Datang Zhejiang, 37MW photovoltaic composite power generation project of Fuyang City of Datang Zhejiang, 6.215MW distributed photovoltaic project of Matou Thermal Power Branch plant, etc. The total investment of the project is about 2.582 billion yuan, and the capital accounts for 20% of the total investment.

These new energy projects are an important measure for Datang Power Generation to actively respond to the national new energy development policy, promote green energy transformation, and optimize the energy structure. Among them, the renewable energy alternative project of Hualu Power coal-fired self-owned power plant will adopt advanced technology and equipment to improve energy efficiency, reduce environmental pollution and achieve sustainable development.
