Jinggong International, a subsidiary of Jinggong Steel Structure Group, has recently successfully obtained the steel structure professional contracting business for the BDO Corporate Center Makati project in the Philippines. The winning amount of this project is as high as 218 million US dollars, making it the largest steel structure professional subcontracting project undertaken by the group to date.
The project is located in Manila, the capital of the Philippines, with a total construction area of approximately 164400 square meters. It includes two super high-rise office buildings, with heights of 272 meters and 220 meters respectively, as well as a multi story annex building. This project adopts a steel frame and buckling restrained support system. The owner is BDO Bank, one of the three major banks in the Philippines. After completion, it will become a landmark building in Manila and the tallest steel structure building in the Philippines. Seiko International will also be responsible for implementing the buckling constraint support and metal mesh curtain wall of the project. The undertaking of this project once again demonstrates Jinggong's comprehensive strength in undertaking major overseas projects, and will also effectively promote Jinggong International's steel structure integration process.
