On February 3, 2024, Hongying Intelligence announced that in order to implement the national policy for the development of new clean energy, accelerate the development of clean energy resources, and promote the sustainable development of the green economy in Zhumadian City, the company's controlling subsidiary Hongzhijie Energy Technology Co., Ltd., as the second party, has signed the "Runan County 200MW Wind Power Project Development Agreement" with the People's Government of Runan County. The subsidiary plans to invest in and construct a 200MW wind power project in Runan County, Zhumadian City.

The second party plans to select 100 acres of construction land in Runan County, Zhumadian City, and invest in the construction of 200MW wind power with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. This includes the electrical primary, electrical secondary, and dispatch communication of the 200MW wind turbine generator unit and one 220kV booster station system, as well as the corresponding civil engineering parts. The construction period is two years.

The construction and operation of wind power projects will create a large number of employment opportunities and promote the development of the local economy. After the overall completion of this project, it will play a positive role in improving the power structure of the regional power grid, promoting local economy, and supporting the "dual carbon" goals.
