Recently, Fangshan District held a grand opening ceremony for the comprehensive construction of major projects, marking the official launch of a new round of major project construction and sounding the horn of charge. In 2024, Fangshan District plans to comprehensively promote 405 resumption projects, with a total investment of 261.6 billion yuan. This number not only breaks the investment record of Fangshan District over the years, but also demonstrates the district's firm confidence and determination in economic and social development.

Among these projects, 94 were newly started in the first quarter, with a total investment of 79 billion yuan, indicating that Fangshan District had shown strong development momentum in the beginning year. These newly started projects cover multiple fields such as infrastructure, livelihood engineering, ecological and environmental protection, and will inject new vitality into the economic and social development of Fangshan District, bringing more convenience and well-being to the people's lives.

As a representative of investment and construction units, Chang Yongchun stated that Beijing Urban Construction Group has completed multiple high-quality projects in Fangshan District and has gained social recognition. The group will fully cooperate with the government, concentrate resources, ensure the efficient and high-quality completion of various projects, create high-quality, exemplary, safe, and clean projects, and contribute to the post disaster reconstruction and economic and social development of Fangshan District.

Beijing Urban Construction Group and the Fangshan District Government have signed an investment cooperation framework agreement to deepen government enterprise cooperation, jointly promote the strategic positioning of the capital city, and ensure the effectiveness of major project construction. At present, the group is undertaking 43 projects in Fangshan District, with orderly and safe progress.
