On March 15, 2024, Guofu Hydrogen Energy and its Indian partner ADVAIT signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Zhangjiagang headquarters to jointly explore the Indian market.

According to the cooperation agreement, Guofu Hydrogen Energy and ADVAIT will jointly establish a joint venture in India, focusing on localized manufacturing of electrolytic cells with an annual output of 100MW. Both parties plan to gradually increase production capacity to 500MW/year and expand their business scope, including diversified products such as hydrogen refueling machine production and hydrogen refueling station integration.

As a close partner in the Indian market, Guofu Hydrogen not only provides excellent electrolysis water hydrogen production systems, but also leverages ADVAIT's extensive channels to provide comprehensive services, including installation and after-sales, to customers in India and surrounding markets. According to the cooperation framework, ADVAIT promises to purchase at least 100MW of electrolytic cell parts and related supporting components from Guofu Hydrogen Energy every year, and assemble them locally to meet the needs of local customers. Meanwhile, ADVAIT will fully support the promotion of Guofu's hydrogen products in the Indian market and jointly explore the market.
