Jingneng Coal Chemical renewable energy green hydrogen alternative demonstration project, is the first large-scale off-grid type wind power hydrogen demonstration project, the total investment of the project is 3.6 billion yuan, the main new 500,000 kilowatt wind farm and the annual production line and energy storage facilities can produce 26,000 tons of green hydrogen. Including wind farm and hydrogen production station two sub-projects, the wind farm construction is located in Ulanhot city, Ulanhada town, Gegenmiao town, Silvery modern agricultural park, distributed in the east and west sides of Taoer River; The hydrogen production station plans to install 60 alkaline electrolytic cells of 1000 standard cubic meters per hour and 12 high-pressure storage tanks of 2000 cubic meters, with a reserve of more than 300,000 cubic meters. The hydrogen is supplied to the green methanol project of Xingan League Boyuan Chemical Co., LTD through a 2km pipeline. After the completion of the project, the annual green electricity consumption of 1.2 billion KWH, the annual output value of 420 million yuan, can save 470,000 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide 1.22 million tons, sulfur dioxide 11,000 tons.

Solar hydrogen production is an important path to ensure the security of national energy supply, achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, and is also a strong support for Xingan League to promote energy transformation and upgrading and achieve high-quality development.
