In the field of hydrogen energy, Shuangliang Green Power's hydrogen production industry continues to show astonishing development speed. Since bravely entering the hydrogen energy industry in 2022, Shuangliang has continuously made breakthrough progress. First, the first set of 1000Nm was successfully taken offline ³/ The H Green Electric Intelligent Hydrogen Production System, followed by the successful completion of the first phase of the Green Electric Intelligent Hydrogen Production Equipment Project, marks the industry's entry into a fast lane of large-scale development. In 2023, Shuangliang once again broke the record and successfully went offline with a torque of 2000Nm ³/ The H electrolytic cell, its first JSDJ S1 series alkaline water electrolytic cell, has undergone authoritative appraisal by an expert committee and is recognized as having reached the international advanced level in overall technology. The achievement of this series fully demonstrates Shuangliang's outstanding strength and firm determination in the green electricity hydrogen production industry.

Project scale

The project includes the construction of production workshops, research and development centers, testing centers, and other facilities for green electricity intelligent hydrogen production equipment, as well as the purchase of advanced production equipment and testing instruments. After the project is completed, it will form an annual production capacity of 700 sets of various large and efficient alkaline water electrolysis tanks, and the products will be widely used in new energy, chemical, metallurgical and other fields.

The new generation high-performance alkaline water electrolysis tank system of Shuangliang, as an important component of the green electricity intelligent hydrogen production equipment, has successfully completed empirical testing under strict inspection by authoritative institutions. The system demonstrates excellent performance at 2000Nm ³/ Under hydrogen production capacity, it can achieve a current density of up to 6000A/㎡ while ensuring a minimum of 200Nm ³/ Stable operation under low load. Its regulation rate exceeds 10%/s, and the hydrogen content in oxygen is below 1.3%. All parameters are ahead of the industry level.

Since its establishment in 1982, Shuangliang Energy has been deeply involved in the manufacturing of high-end energy-saving and water-saving equipment, and has been committed to energy and environmental protection, as well as energy conservation and emission reduction for a long time.
