The "14th Five-Year Plan for New Energy" in Hunan Province signed a total of 613,400 kW of wind power projects, of which Yunnan International will undertake 368,400 kW of wind power development tasks in Huaihua City. For the signing of the agreement, the State power investment Yunnan International said that this is an important practical result of its adherence to and deepening the concept of innovative development in Hunan. Prior to this, Yunnan International has successfully carried out distributed PV, centralized PV and wind power projects in Chenzhou, Hengnan, Xinhua and Yuanling in Hunan Province. In the future, according to the guidelines of the "Hunan New Power System Development Plan Outline", it is expected that by 2030, the installed scale of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in Hunan will reach 40 million kilowatts, and Yunnan International will continue to play an active role in this ambitious energy transition blueprint.

In addition, according to relevant media reports, on January 11, 2024, Tongdao County of Huaihua City successfully signed a cooperation development agreement for decentralized wind power projects with TBEA Xinjiang New Energy Co., Ltd. and Huaneng Energy Development Co., LTD. Clean Energy Branch.

According to the signing, TBEA Xinjiang New Energy Co., Ltd. and Huaneng Energy Development Co., LTD. Clean Energy Branch plan to carry out the construction of decentralized wind power projects in the northern and southern areas of Tongdao County, Huaihua City, with a total installed capacity of 300,000 kW. The total investment of the two wind power projects is expected to reach 4 billion yuan.
