Recently, the construction land for the first phase of the Wenzhou Municipal Railway S3 Line was approved by the provincial government, marking that the construction land application for the project has been completed, providing land guarantee for accelerating the construction of the entire line.

Line S3 is a "thousands of trillions" project to expand effective investment in the province and a "hundreds of billions" project in Wenzhou. The line is 33.2 kilometers long, with 11 stations, a total investment of 16.29 billion yuan, and a total construction land of 1,109.26 acres.
