At the same time, Blooming Chemical Industry has successfully reached an investment promotion and protection agreement with the Zambia Development Agency.

The Zambia Blooming Chemical Industry produces 300000 tons/year of synthetic ammonia, while the 500000 tons/year urea project uses local coal as raw material to produce urea products through coal gasification and purification technology.
