Announcement shows that the first winning candidate is Vision Energy Co., LTD., bidding price: 690 million yuan. The second winning candidate is Mingyang Smart Energy Group Co., LTD., bidding price: 670 million yuan.

Cangnan 1# Offshore Wind Power Phase II expansion project of China Resources Power is located in Cangnan County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with a planned capacity of 200MW. The procurement plan covers offshore wind turbines, towers and related ancillary equipment and supporting services with a total capacity of not less than 200MW (if the actual procurement capacity exceeds 200MW, the calculation will be based on 200MW). To ensure the smooth progress of the project, no more than 24 individual offshore wind turbines with a capacity of at least 8.5MW will be used, and in the mixed-row scenario, the use of no more than two different models will be limited.

Delivery time/construction period: the planned delivery date of the foundation top flange is from June 15 to July 15, 2024; The planned delivery date of the whole machine is from July to October 30, 2024, with a monthly supply capacity of no less than 50MW.
