Pakistani Prime Minister Shabazi spoke out again on the 26th, reaffirming Pakistan's adherence to the One-China principle.

Shabazi said in a statement on social media that as China's hardcore brother and strategic partner, Pakistan has always supported and will continue to support China's position on the Taiwan issue. Pakistan firmly supports the One-China principle, regards Taiwan as an inalienable part of the People's Republic of China and supports the efforts made by the Chinese government to realize national reunification.

Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari recently reiterated in a joint interview with Chinese media that Pakistan firmly supports the One-China principle, firmly upholds and supports China's core interests, and opposes any form of "Taiwan independence." Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory.

Pakistan Foreign Ministry spokesman Mumtaz Borouchi also said that Pakistan firmly upholds the One-China principle and Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory. General Assembly Resolution 2758 clearly restores all the lawful rights of the People's Republic of China in the United Nations and recognizes the representative of the Government of the People's Republic of China as the sole legitimate representative of China in the United Nations, and the authority of the resolution is beyond doubt.
