On May 29, Baoji Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau of Shaanxi issued the "Reply to the Environmental Impact Report Form of Longxian Phase II 100MW photovoltaic power generation Project".

The approval documents show that Zhongguang Nuclear Longxian Phase II 100MW photovoltaic power generation project is located in Dongfeng Town, Badu Town, Longxian County, Baoji City, mainly the construction of photovoltaic power stations and 110 kV booster stations, the purchase of photovoltaic modules, box transformer and other equipment, as well as supporting the construction of photovoltaic power generation infrastructure equipment, power distribution and other projects. Among them, the photovoltaic power station covers an area of about 3590 mu, with a capacity of 100MW and a DC installed capacity of 124.4MWp.

A total of 218,192 570Wp monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass N-type battery modules were installed in the project. The inverters were 300kW series inverters, and all the components were fixed installation. The 110kV booster station is equipped with a 100000kVA self-cooling double-coil on-load voltage regulation and booster transformer. The 110kV system adopts line transformer group wiring, and the 35kV side wiring adopts single bus wiring, with 4 incoming lines and 1 outgoing lines. The booster station area is equipped with a ground transformer for the station, of which the transformer capacity for the station is 315kVA. The total investment of the project is 501.66 million yuan, of which the investment in environmental protection is 1.588 million yuan, accounting for 0.32% of the total investment.

Baoji Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau of Shaanxi said that after the review, after the full implementation of the environmental impact report form and the ecological environmental protection measures proposed in this approval, the adverse environmental impact of the project can be alleviated and controlled to a certain extent. Agree in principle with the overall conclusions of the environmental impact report form and various ecological environmental protection measures. Editor/Xu Shengpeng
