Recently, the Yuxiang Road project site in Luyang District, Anhui Province has been busy and orderly. Several rollers and bulldozers are working hard to smooth the roadbed and lay a solid foundation for road construction. The project is located in the north of Luyang, connecting Fuyang North Road and Jinchi Road. It has a total length of 450 meters and a width of 24 meters. It is equipped with complete drainage, lighting and road greening facilities. The completion of this section will greatly facilitate the travel of surrounding residents. They can reach Fuyang North Road directly without detours, significantly improving the traffic conditions for the masses.

In order to continue to optimize the road traffic environment and improve urban traffic quality, Luyang District has fully launched the construction of 10 municipal roads including Dafangying Road, Hupan Road, Dayangdian Road, etc. It is expected that before the end of this year, the main projects of these 10 roads will be completed and ready for traffic.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, the Luyang District Committee established a Planning, Construction and Governance Office in 2023 to promptly sort out and coordinate to solve various problems in planning, construction, and governance throughout the district through daily district-level dispatch, department tracking, and on-site visits. The office is also responsible for tracking and supervising the progress of various planning, construction and governance-related projects, and promoting the rapid implementation of projects.

The relevant person in charge of the Planning, Construction and Governance Office of the District Committee said that they will continue to optimize the pre-project procedures and improve the efficiency of project establishment, environmental impact assessment, preliminary design and other work.
