Recently, the signing ceremony of the Ethiopia National Stadium Phase II Section 1 project, which was undertaken by China Communications Construction and implemented by China Communications First Highway Engineering Group, was held in Addis Ababa. Ethiopian Minister of Sports Shevit Shanka, representatives of the supervision company, and representatives of China Communications First Highway Engineering Group attended the ceremony and signed relevant documents.

The project is located in the Bole District of Addis Ababa. It is the largest and first large-scale sports stadium in Ethiopia capable of hosting international sports events. The project covers an area of about 85,000 square meters and a total construction area of about 95,000 square meters. It can accommodate 60,000 people to watch the event at the same time. It will provide Ethiopia with a modern sports stadium that can host large-scale international sports events and large-scale activities. After completion, it will become a new landmark in the Ethiopian capital.

The main construction contents of the Phase II Bid 1 project include the interior decoration of the stadium, the decoration of the outdoor training ground stands, the installation of seats, the construction of outdoor landscape roads, the installation of relevant sports facilities and equipment, and the construction of two football fields that meet the FIFA certification and two track and field tracks that meet the IAAF standards.Editor/Zhao E
