On August 29, 2024, China State Construction announced that it has recently successfully won two major engineering projects, demonstrating its strong strength and extensive layout in the field of new energy construction.

The highlights of the winning project are first, first of all, the seventh bid section of the new energy base photovoltaic project in the north-central region of Ordos in the Kubuqi Desert of Inner Mongolia, which is a large-scale project involving 1.2 million kilowatts of photovoltaic power generation capacity, which is an important milestone in promoting the development of local green energy. The other is a photovoltaic supporting construction project located in Shangku High-tech Zone, Korleba Prefecture, Xinjiang, specifically the second bid section, which not only contains a 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic power generation system, but also supports the construction of 250,000 kilowatts/1 million kilowatt-hours of energy storage facilities, which is implemented in EPC mode, further enhancing the stability and sustainability of regional energy supply. The total contract value of the two projects is as high as RMB 4.68 billion, which fully demonstrates the profound strength and broad market prospects of China State Construction in the field of new energy and infrastructure construction.Editor/Jiang Mingyue
