The construction project of Henan Optoelectronic New Materials Industrial Park covers a total area of approximately 176.43 acres, including standardized factories, comprehensive service centers, storage facilities, supporting roads, and underground pipelines, aiming to improve the regional industrial supporting capabilities. The project is tendered by Jinhongyue Industrial Park Operation and Management Co., Ltd. in Suoyang City, requiring the integrated promotion of design and construction general contracting. The construction period includes a 45 day design period and a 730 day construction period, and the quality must comply with national standards and regulations.

The winning consortium this time is led by China Railway Seventh Bureau and coordinated by Zhengzhou Architectural Design and Research Institute.
