On the afternoon of March 24, 2025, local time, PowerChina Shandong Electric Power Construction No. 3 Engineering Co., Ltd. (SEPCOIII) successfully signed the EPC contract for the 1,800MW PP12 Expansion Combined Cycle Power Plant project in Saudi Arabia with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).
