      From July 2 to 4, 2025, the 2025 Thailand Renewable Energy Exhibition (ASlA Sustainable Energy Week) was grandly opened at the Queen Sirikit National Convention and Exhibition Center in Bangkok. As Asia's leading sustainable energy platform, the show brings together industry leaders, policymakers and innovators.       Regulation-driven to build a new normal for safetyAccording to the Thai Electrical Code: Solar Rooftop Power Supply Installations 2022, the installation of Rapid Shutdown Devices (RSDs) is mandatory for rooftop PV projects in Thailand. The specification clearly requires that the rapid shutdown device must ensure that the voltage within 300mm of the PV matrix is reduced to less than 80V within 30 seconds of start-up; For areas beyond this range, the voltage must be reduced below 30V at the same time. Since its introduction, this regulation has imposed stringent requirements on the safety compliance of PV power plants, driving strong demand for module-level shutdown and safety management solutions in the Thai market.

      Empowering every side to control every wattIn this exhibition, Heguang Tongyao brought module-level refined management solutions to Thailand, focusing on the comprehensive advantages of power station safety, power generation efficiency improvement and intelligent operation and maintenance management. Among them, the intelligent shutdown device-Gen2 AMCL and the intelligent optimizer AMCP are the key new products on display. 01Smart Switch-Gen2 AMCL is 20% smaller than the previous generation and has an innovative four-way rotating structure to meet the flexible wiring needs of different roofs and modules. Through module-level shutdown, the PV system voltage can be reduced to below the safety standard of 80V in 30 seconds, effectively avoiding the risk of electric shock, effectively ensuring the safety of personnel and property, and meeting the compliance requirements of Thai regulations for rapid shutdown of rooftop PV projects. The product supports single-point shutdown of components and one-key shutdown of the whole site, which can flexibly respond to various scenarios.

      With the Heguang cloud platform, it can realize the full life cycle monitoring at the component level and further improve the refined management level of the power station. 02Intelligent Optimizer AMCP Intelligent Optimizer AMCP On the basis of the safety features of the shut-off device and intelligent monitoring, each photovoltaic module can operate in the best state, and by finely adjusting the output of each module, it can solve the "barrel effect" caused by the mismatch of the photovoltaic system, and significantly improve the overall power generation efficiency of the power station. The product supports 1-for-1 and 1-for-2, and can be flexibly mixed with the shut-off, maintaining higher safety while reducing the overall cost by 50%, realizing the double improvement of system cost and power generation efficiency. 03As the intelligent center of the photovoltaic system, Heguang Cloud Platform has built a one-stop module-level intelligent monitoring and management platform around the three core values of safety, precision and efficiency.

      The platform can generate a 1:1 digital twin power station in the cloud, monitor the operating status of voltage, current, power, temperature, power generation and other operating conditions in real time, and quickly locate abnormal components to ensure the safe operation of the power station and improve the operation and maintenance efficiency by more than 50%. The platform integrates AI intelligent diagnosis and analysis functions, which can automatically identify potential abnormalities of power stations and provide O&M suggestions, helping customers comprehensively improve power plant management efficiency and asset value. 04Based on the integration of the core functions of the intelligent shut-off, Heguang Tongyao launched the intelligent DC module, which reduces the on-site wiring and installation man-hours by more than 15% through the integrated design, further reduces the initial investment of the power station, and can accurately cope with the multiple challenges of the photovoltaic system in terms of safety, power generation efficiency and operation and maintenance, which is one of the key paths for the development of photovoltaic modules to integration.
