On July 25, 2025, China Road and Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd. Cambodia Branch officially received the bid notification for the construction project of new energy charging facilities in Vientiane, the capital of the Lao People's Democratic Republic. This project is the first breakthrough project of China Road and Bridge Corporation in the field of new energy in Laos, marking the company's further expansion into the Southeast Asian market.

The project is located in the central area of Vientiane, Laos. The main construction contents include the installation of 10 high-power transformers, the layout of 50 intelligent charging piles, the construction of supporting canopy steel structures, and the civil engineering of a parking lot of about 5000 square meters. According to the contract, the total construction period of the project is 6 months, and after completion, it will significantly improve the level of new energy vehicle supporting services in Vientiane City.
