According to the public announcement results, the first winning bidder is the consortium of China Electric Power Construction Group Jiangxi Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. and Xihe Electric Power Co., Ltd., with a bidding price of 142193467.06 yuan; The second candidate for the bid is a consortium of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. and China Electric Power Construction Group Kunming Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd., with a quotation of 153000187.29 yuan; The third candidate for the bid is the consortium of Sichuan Electric Power Design Consulting Co., Ltd. and China Power Construction Group Chongqing Engineering Co., Ltd., with a quotation of 156201232.54 yuan.

The project is planned to have a total installed capacity of 60 megawatts, with the installation of 10 WD200-5500 and 1 WD200-5000 wind turbines, each with a hub height of 120 meters. The supporting construction includes facilities such as a 39 MW/78 MWh electrochemical energy storage system and a new 110 kV booster station. The wind farm units will be connected to the booster station through a 35 kV collection line, and ultimately connected to the Shimen Street 110 kV substation through a single 110 kV line.
