Recently, with the precise positioning of the last 300 ton thermal regeneration tower, the large-scale equipment lifting work for the purification device of the Yitai Yili 1 million tons/year coal to oil demonstration project undertaken by Shaanxi Huajian Hoisting Company has been fully completed. This node lasted for nearly 3 months, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent installation and production of the project.

This lifting task completed the installation of 8 core equipment, including multiple absorption towers and regeneration towers weighing over 300 tons, with equipment heights exceeding 60 meters and a maximum weight of 540 tons per unit. Faced with challenges such as limited on-site space and frequent adverse weather, the construction party has invested 1600 tons of crawler cranes and other main equipment to ensure safe and efficient lifting through meticulous planning and precise operation.

As a national key energy project, the Yitai Yili 1 million tons/year coal to oil project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase is planned to be put into operation in early 2027, mainly producing 1058200 tons of chemical products such as alkylbenzene, high carbon alcohols, and Fischer Tropsch wax. The completion of this hoisting also marks the comprehensive transition of the project into the equipment installation stage, which is of great significance for ensuring national energy security and promoting the high-end development of coal chemical industry.
