On September 17, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony of Jianghua Electric Engineering Vehicle Dual Motor Intelligent Manufacturing Base and Green Power Comprehensive Development and Utilization Project was held, injecting strong impetus into the local industrial development.

Xiao Yang, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor, attended the ceremony and announced the start of the project. Duan Guijian, Secretary of the Jianghua County Committee, presided over the ceremony. The enterprise side has also shown a positive attitude and sincerity in cooperation. Chen Fangming stated that the company will further integrate the motor industry chain of affiliated enterprises such as Sunshine New Energy and Ocean Electric into the park, and simultaneously create a clean, intelligent, and zero carbon energy ecosystem. Committed to building this project into a benchmark enterprise for Hunan merchants to return and a model for cooperation with local governments in fully green electricity operation projects, promoting the development of clean energy, zero carbon production, and fully green electricity operation in the entire region.

The total investment of this project is 3 billion yuan, divided into two major sections: intelligent manufacturing of dual motors and development of green electricity. Among them, the dual motor intelligent manufacturing sector will focus on the research and production of core components of electric engineering vehicles, enhancing industrial competitiveness; The green power development sector focuses on the comprehensive utilization of clean energy, providing green power support for projects and surrounding areas.

After the project is fully completed and put into operation, the prospects are very promising, and it is expected to achieve an annual operating income of about 800 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of about 50 million yuan. Not only can it create significant economic benefits for the local area, but it will also drive the development of related industries, provide a large number of job opportunities, and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
