On October 16, 2025, the SF Yangtze River Delta Innovation Headquarters project held a grand groundbreaking ceremony in Lujia Town, Kunshan City. Suzhou Deputy Mayor Shi Jiahong, Kunshan Municipal Party Secretary Chen Liyan, Deputy Mayor Wang Hao, as well as Vice President of SF Group and Head of SF Fengtai Industrial Park Feng Xiaoping and other leaders attended the event to witness this important moment.

As the largest comprehensive logistics service provider in China and Asia, and the fourth largest in the world, SF Group has invested 720 million yuan in Kunshan to build the Yangtze River Delta Innovation Headquarters, marking a new level of strategic layout in East China. This project will focus on emerging industries such as modern logistics, low altitude economy, and digital economy. By integrating logistics resources, it will achieve deep integration of the "industrial chain, supply chain, and value chain", effectively promoting the innovation and upgrading of the modern logistics system in the Yangtze River Delta.

The project plans to construct "one institute and five centers", including the Smart Logistics Research Institute, Smart Logistics Equipment Manufacturing Center, New Quality Industry Supply Chain Center, East China Regional Digital Sorting Center, Cross border E-commerce Center, and Urban Life Service Center. After the completion of this complete industrial ecosystem, it is expected that the annual output value will exceed 2.8 billion yuan, injecting new momentum into regional economic development.

Chen Liyan, the Secretary of Kunshan Municipal Party Committee, pointed out during project research that Kunshan has ranked first among the top 100 counties and cities in China for 21 consecutive years due to its superior regional location, strong industrial foundation, and convenient transportation network. She stated that SF Group, as a leading enterprise in the logistics industry, has always been a pioneer in technological innovation and smart supply chain. The commencement of this project is the latest achievement of the two parties' "mutual pursuit" and "strong alliance". She hopes that SF Group can fully leverage its leading role as a leading enterprise, introduce more innovative resources and advanced projects in fields such as smart logistics and low altitude economy, and drive the development of upstream and downstream clusters in the industrial chain.

Feng Xiaoping, Vice President of SF Group, particularly praised the high-quality and efficient "Kunshan Service" in his speech. He stated that during the project promotion process, both the government and enterprises innovatively adopted the "logistics+industry" mixed land transfer model, efficiently completing various procedures such as project site selection, land supply, and scheme demonstration, creating a new speed for the commencement of the SF project. Feng Xiaoping revealed that SF Express will rely on its brand resources such as SF Express Youxiang, Fengtu Technology, Fengjiang Technology, etc., fully apply advanced technologies such as digital construction, digital twin technology, BIM modeling, etc., to achieve systematic integrated design of the project's entire life cycle, and strive to build the project into a smart, efficient, low-carbon and environmentally friendly demonstration project.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, the SF Space Data Labeling Center and SF Sustainable Development Park were unveiled simultaneously. The spatial data annotation center will be based in Kunshan, building a city governance map service system that integrates visual location recognition capabilities, creating a brand of visual location services and spatial data annotation bases, and providing technical support for multiple fields such as smart logistics, unmanned distribution, and smart cities. The sustainable development park is an important carrier for SF Group to implement its "dual carbon" goals. Through deep integration of smart construction technology and ESG development concepts, it empowers green infrastructure with technology and provides replicable and promotable practical experience for the sustainable development of the logistics industry.

The commencement of this major project not only demonstrates SF Group's innovative strength in the field of smart logistics, but also reflects Kunshan's high-quality business environment and industrial ecology, which will inject new vitality into the development of modern logistics industry in the Yangtze River Delta region.
