Recently, the annual output of 130000 tons of green hydrogen production project declared by Inner Mongolia Yingjie Chun Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has been filed in the online approval hall of investment projects in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, marking the official landing of this major new energy project with a total investment of 5.3 billion yuan in Zhalaite Banner, Xing'an League. This project is not only an important measure for Inner Mongolia to promote energy structure adjustment, but also an important milestone for the development of green hydrogen industry in northern China.

According to the filing information, the project is located in Zhalaite Banner, Xing'an League, with a planned construction period from February 2026 to December 2027. The project adopts a mature alkaline electrolysis hydrogen production technology path, and will build a green hydrogen production plant with an annual output of 130000 tons, supporting the construction of core devices such as rectifier transformers, electrolytic cells, gas-liquid separation and purification equipment. At the same time, the project will also build new hydrogen production plants, compression stations, hydrogen storage facilities, comprehensive office buildings, substations, water supply systems and other infrastructure, forming a complete hydrogen production industry system.

In terms of funding arrangement, the total investment of the project is 5.3 billion yuan, including 1.59 billion yuan of self owned funds and 3.71 billion yuan of bank loans applied for. This investment scale ranks among the top in Inner Mongolia's new energy projects, fully reflecting the company's confidence in the development prospects of the green hydrogen industry.
