Recently, the third batch of major project promotion activities for 2025 in Tonglu County, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province were held grandly in Tonglu High tech Zone. Six high-quality projects with a total investment of 12.272 billion yuan have officially settled in Tonglu Economic Development Zone, including one 10 billion yuan project and one 1 billion yuan project, covering multiple cutting-edge fields such as hydrogen energy, high-end electronic ceramic materials, precision guidance equipment, and smart logistics. The implementation of this series of projects marks a solid step forward for Tonglu in promoting industrial upgrading and regional economic development.

The six major projects settled this time not only have a considerable investment scale, but also demonstrate foresight in terms of technological content and industrial direction. Hydrogen energy, as a representative of clean energy, is a key application of high-end electronic ceramic materials in the semiconductor field. Precise guidance equipment supports national defense technology, and smart logistics innovates modern supply chains, collectively forming the diversified industrial ecology of Tonglu Economic Development Zone. After these projects are completed, it is expected to significantly enhance Tonglu's industrial competitiveness and innovation capabilities in the Yangtze River Delta region.

Among them, the Zhongke Huayue Hydrogen Energy Headquarters R&D and hydrogen fuel cell production base project with a total investment of 10.62 billion yuan is particularly noteworthy. This is the second billion dollar project welcomed by Tonglu Economic Development Zone, which plans to build an 8GW hydrogen fuel cell and core component production base. After the completion of the project, it will achieve a full ecological industrial chain layout from core equipment research and development to industrial landing and scene operation, injecting strong impetus into the development of the hydrogen energy industry in Tonglu and even Zhejiang Province.

As the location of the "second headquarters" of express delivery giants such as "Three Connections and One Delivery" (Shentong, Yuantong, Zhongtong, Yunda), Tonglu has rich commercial vehicle transportation scenarios and logistics network resources. This unique advantage is highly compatible with the application requirements of hydrogen fuel cells.
