The project is located in Nangang Village and Xibei Village, Hongqi Street, Ruijin City, Ganzhou City, about 3 kilometers away from the city center, adjacent to the Ruijin Station freight yard, and about 600 meters away from the center of Ruijin Station in a straight line. The main construction contents include the new construction of railway dedicated lines, the new construction of Ruijin International Land Port Loading and Unloading Yard, and supporting projects.

Among them, the railway dedicated line has a total length of about 1.13 kilometers. It connects to the right traction line from Ruijin Station on Ganlong Railway, turns eastward with a right deviation curve of 300 meters, passes through the south side of Ruijin Freight Yard, and connects to the land port. The effective length of the traction line is extended to 850 meters.

The design of the loading and unloading area fully considers the diverse needs of cargo handling, and is divided into two loading and unloading areas: wet goods and container goods. A new Z1 terminal loading and unloading line with an effective length of 280 meters will be built in the wet goods area, and a 30 meter wide warehouse will be constructed as a supporting facility; In the long term, Z5 track has been reserved, which can be further divided into two loading and unloading lines, Z1 and Z4. The container area is equipped with two 40.5-35 ton gantry cranes and two loading and unloading lines Z2 and Z3 with an effective length of 700 meters to meet efficient loading and unloading operations. In addition, the supporting projects comprehensively cover roadbed, track, bridge and culvert, building construction, communication, disaster monitoring, power and operation equipment procurement, etc.

In terms of technical standards, the total investment of the project is about 294 million yuan, adopting a single track design with a design speed of 40 kilometers per hour. The traction type is internal combustion, and the main locomotive type is DF4B, with a traction mass of 3500 tons.
