Supply side reconstruction with diversified collaboration

Consumer side conversion to green electricity advantage

The plan proposes to promote the integration of green electricity with advanced manufacturing and intelligent computing, and attract strategic emerging industries such as silicon photovoltaics, new energy batteries, and new materials to land based on the lowest green electricity cost in the country. Cultivate a green certificate trading market, implement source network load storage and green power direct connection projects, and open up channels for realizing the ecological value of green power. At the same time, we will promote the coordinated development of energy and transportation, energy and construction, implement electricity substitution according to local conditions, promote characteristic applications such as electric tobacco and electric tea roasting, and ensure that the green electricity dividend covers every corner from industrial production to people's consumption, from urban to rural areas.
