From April 1st to 3rd, the ESIE 2026 Energy Storage International Summit and Exhibition successfully concluded in Beijing. Full chain self-developed product construction, full site and full chain
At this exhibition, Tigstor will showcase its self-developed supercapacitor full chain technology achievements and build a complete capability loop of "battery cell module prefabricated cabin whole station solution". The company focuses on launching a series of ultra-low internal resistance supercapacitor cells and modules. Among them, the new generation 3.0V300F supercapacitor unit is particularly impressive, with a measured internal resistance as low as 0.4m Ω, reaching the world's leading level in the industry. It combines the advantages of ultra-low temperature rise, ultra-high energy efficiency, and long service life, accurately matching the high-power and highly reliable backup energy storage needs of AIDC.

The 140.8V50Ah energy storage liquid cooled module exhibited simultaneously has higher power density, faster response, and longer cycle life compared to ordinary lithium battery modules. The utilization rate of module volume has been increased by 20%, and the liquid cooling effect is 50% higher than that of air cooling. The temperature difference can be controlled within 5 ℃ under 8C charging and discharging, greatly improving safety.

The 5MW 20 foot standard prefabricated cabin supports second to minute level system frequency regulation, suitable for multiple scenarios such as wind and solar power generation, thermal power generation, and independent energy storage power stations. It can be linked with new energy units to significantly improve frequency regulation performance, frequency regulation mileage, and compensation benefits.

Full scenario power application covering the entire power generation network usage chain
At the exhibition site, Tigstor launched a global full scenario power application sandbox, presenting a complete chain power application solution for supercapacitors from the generation side, grid side to the user side.

The power generation side focuses on the coordinated support of multiple energy sources such as wind power, photovoltaics, and thermal power. Tigstor's wind power variable pitch backup power has a global market share of 60%, which can provide inertia support and fast frequency regulation for new energy generation, smooth out output fluctuations, and help traditional thermal power transform flexibly and low-carbon.

The power grid side focuses on grid type SVG and independent energy storage frequency modulation electricity, achieving fast reactive power compensation and frequency stability control. The key project showcased is the Shanxi Pianguan 100MW hybrid energy storage benchmark project, which verifies the engineering value of the supercapacitor+lithium hybrid architecture.

The user side focuses on scenarios such as AIDC data centers, high-end intelligent equipment, vehicle low-voltage power supplies, and zero carbon parks, using highly reliable short-term energy storage technology to ensure the continuous operation of computing power equipment, empowering efficient and low-carbon energy use for thousands of industries, and fully demonstrating the current era's technological landing capabilities and the advantages of adapting to the entire scene.

Dual forum technology sharing to realize the value of industrial implementation
At the same time as the exhibition, two experts from Today's Era attended a high-end forum to convey the value of technology and benchmark practices.

CTO Li Weidong pointed out in his speech "Supercapacitors Help AI Data Centers Address Energy Challenges" that power fluctuations caused by GPU computing can lead to grid distortion and cause significant losses. Tigstor supercapacitors can reduce the fluctuation amplitude from 73% to 6%, making them the optimal solution for CBU with ultra-low internal resistance and ultra-high power density, providing stable support for the new generation of high-power AI cabinets.

Dr. Liu Jialu deeply interprets the Shanxi Pianguan 100MW hybrid energy storage frequency regulation power station. As the world's largest single unit supercapacitor hybrid energy storage project, its supercapacitor+lithium battery architecture achieves efficient response to primary and secondary frequency regulation, ensuring the safety of the power grid frequency. Through real engineering verification of the feasibility and economy of the technical route, it provides a replicable model for the large-scale promotion of energy storage on the power grid side.
