Over a thousand trains in a single season

In the first three months of 2026, a total of 1145 China Europe freight trains were operated at the Erenhot railway port, with a year-on-year increase of 22.3%, setting a record for the highest number of trains in the same period in previous years. Transported 110200 TEUs and 946400 tons of goods, an increase of 14.6% and 19.7% respectively. The proportion of domestic automobile exports has risen to 11%, and the proportion of high value-added goods has exceeded 40%.
