Ultimately, they provide complete and compliant technical documents and support services for project approval, sea use approval, and other administrative permits.

The bidding scope covers two major areas. The preliminary technical consultation includes core topics such as feasibility study report preparation, survey and measurement, marine hydro meteorological observation, wind resource assessment, etc; The preliminary administrative licensing consultation covers the preparation and review of specialized reports on submarine cable routing, sea area use demonstration, marine environmental impact assessment, land use approval, military impact topics, access systems, and transmission planning.

General contracting mode, one package accelerated approval
