Recently, Chinese civil engineering and Spanish Aldesa company formed a consortium, officially signed the Madrid data center project cooperation agreement. Basic situation of the project 

The project is located in Spain 's Madrid Vicarvalo Industrial Zone, invested by Dubai 's Damac company, with a total construction area of about 32,000 square meters. The construction scope includes civil engineering of computer room, affiliated office building, generator room, water pump room, rain pool and other supporting buildings, and undertakes the installation of MEP equipment in data center. The total IT power of the project room is 56 MW, and the first phase is 28 MW, which is planned and constructed according to the international top data center standard.
