Relying on the rich plateau green power resources in Qinghai, the digital infrastructure that empowers both computing power and clean energy has added new carriers, and the integrated development of regional computing and electricity has reached a new level. On June 12, 2026, the launch conference of the Wanjie Jingfeng Qinghai Intelligent Computing Center project was successfully held in the Hainan State Green Computing Collaborative Development Industrial Park.

It is reported that the project has successfully completed the national computing infrastructure CKZD special approval. The project is funded by Jiangsu Junchuang Investment Co., Ltd. and operated by Wanjie Jingfeng (Qinghai) Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is 4 billion yuan. One phase of the project plans to install 9338 standard cabinets, with an overall computing power of up to 11000P.

According to the project construction schedule, after the launch ceremony, the project will fully enter the on-site construction phase. The construction party will scientifically arrange the construction plan and seize the effective construction period to ensure the completion of the main civil construction and building closure project by the end of November 2026; At the same time, relying on the winter window period on the plateau, the installation of indoor mechanical and electrical equipment will be carried out in an orderly manner.
