Deeply cultivate energy cooperation

On June 18, 2026, SPIC Group and the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region held a symposium and exchange of views in Hohhot to promote deep and practical cooperation between central enterprises and local energy sectors, and to assist Inner Mongolia in building a national level energy and strategic resource carrying base. SPIC is a large core state-owned enterprise directly controlled by the central government, responsible for ensuring national energy security. It was established in May 2015 through the restructuring and integration of the former China Power Investment Group and State Nuclear Power Technology Co., Ltd.
