Recently, Bobur City in Andijan Oblast, Uzbekistan welcomed a group of special guests. The delegation led by Liu Mingzhi, President of the China Industrial Energy Conservation and Clean Production Association, sat down face-to-face with the governor of the state, Shuhratbek Abdulrahmanov. Both sides did not engage in polite exchanges, but directly opened up the project list - from water pump production to boiler room renovation, from energy-saving technology to agricultural innovation, a cooperation blueprint worth tens of millions of dollars was laid out. Focusing on high-tech industrial manufacturing

Both parties will focus on finalizing the production project of high-tech water pumps and specialized fire trucks in Anjiyan area. This project relies on the industrial cooperation foundation of China FAW Trucks to achieve deep localization production of modern pumping equipment and integration and assembly with special vehicles. The Chinese side provides core technology and production line standards, while the Ukrainian side is responsible for assembling workshops and expanding regional markets. It is expected that after production, it can cover the needs of fire emergency and agricultural irrigation equipment in five Central Asian countries.

Initiate the urban lifeline renovation project

The RK-1 reconstruction project of the central boiler room in Anjiyan City has received investment commitments from the Chinese side, with a project valuation of 16.3 million US dollars. After the renovation, advanced energy-saving combustion systems and intelligent heating network management technology will be adopted, and the coverage of centralized heating will be expanded to thousands of residential buildings and social institutions in the surrounding area. The stability of heating and energy utilization efficiency will be synchronously improved. Both parties agree to promote the livelihood project through a public-private partnership model and complete the design bidding within the year. Introduce precision agriculture innovation system

A joint experimental agreement has been reached in the field of agricultural and industrial complexes, and China will dispatch agricultural technology teams to the Anjiyan demonstration farm to promote water-saving drip irrigation, soil testing and formula fertilization, and drought tolerant crop breeding technology. The project emphasizes scientific methods and resource conservation, aiming to increase the yield of cotton and wheat in the pilot area by 15% to 20% within three years, while reducing the cost of water and fertilizer input.
