[Binzhou West Outer Ring Road starts renovation] On June 24, 2026, the renovation project of the West Outer Ring Road in Bincheng District, Binzhou was officially launched. This X010 Castle Sand Road, which has been in operation for over 15 years, has undergone its largest upgrade due to heavy vehicles and severe road damage. The total investment of the project is 31.98 million yuan. The standard of second-class highway is adopted. After milling the old pavement, the full depth cement cold recycling is implemented in place. 17 cm of cement stabilized macadam and 5 cm of asphalt concrete are paved in full width, and the pavement is raised by 14 cm. • On June 24, 2026, Fujian Yili Construction Consortium won the bid for the EPC project of Changle Offshore Centralized and Unified Delivery for 4.165 billion yuan. As a landmark project in the province, the project has a rated transmission capacity of 2100MW. It will build a ± 525kV offshore converter station and an onshore centralized control station, lay 77.4km DC submarine cables, and be equipped with a 10%/2h energy storage system. The project serves five large wind farms and will apply large capacity units ranging from 16MW to 26MW in batches.
