On June 24, 2026, the Northeast Ultra High Voltage Project in Brazil officially began full line construction. This project is the largest transmission concession project in Brazil's history, independently invested, constructed, and operated by State Grid Brazil Holding Company of China. It is also the third ultra-high voltage transmission project of State Grid Corporation of China to land overseas. The project actively assists Brazil in optimizing the allocation of national energy resources and accelerating the green and low-carbon transformation of its energy structure.
