The atmosphere of economic and trade negotiations at the Asia Europe Light Industry Exchange Conference was hot. The Uzbekistan Textile Association delegation went to Urumqi to participate in the conference, and with the help of the China Europe World Expo platform, it successfully reached cooperation agreements with multiple Chinese entities, relying on the hub location of Xinjiang to open up the textile production and sales cooperation channel between the two countries.

Multi party docking and signing

The event was held at the 9th China Europe World Expo Cooperation Conference in Urumqi, and Uzbekistan Uztextileprom Textile Association signed a contract with relevant committees of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. The delegation engaged in in-depth consultations with over 30 leading domestic textile enterprises on clothing knitting production, import and export trade, and joint investment, and finalized a long-term mutually beneficial cooperation framework to establish a stable mechanism for subsequent industrial exchanges.

Dual directional synergy of industrial chain

Xinjiang is located at the transportation hub of Asia and Europe, serving as the core carrier for the integration of the Central Asian textile industry. The complementary advantages of textile resources between China and Ukraine are prominent. The Chinese side exports mature production capacity, complete supply chain and production technology, while the Ukrainian side relies on local textile raw materials to undertake industrial support. The government enterprise cooperation model connects cross-border production and sales links, continuously expands the scale of bilateral textile trade, and enhances the overall competitiveness of the textile industry in the entire Central Asian region.  Editor/Min Jing
