On July 1, 2026, the main bridge closure construction of Bayan No.1 Bridge on Huangxi Expressway was completed, which means a major breakthrough in the construction of the upper main body of the bridge and provides strong support for the steady progress of subsequent bridge construction. This bridge has a total length of 696.4 meters and is located in the intersection area of roads and rivers. The site has complex terrain and many construction interferences, with strict standards for construction technology and safety management. Implement layered safety technology disclosure for the project, standardize the entire process of high-altitude construction and temporary electricity use, divide exclusive responsibility control areas, and regularly investigate and rectify various safety hazards.

To ensure that the construction error of Helong is controlled within the millimeter range, the project technical team innovatively uses intelligent monitoring combined with dynamic adjustment of the construction plan. A large number of stress monitoring points are set up at key positions on the beam body to collect real-time key data such as temperature fluctuations and structural deformation, synchronously track and adjust the shape of the beam body, accurately correct construction deviations, and ensure that the construction accuracy of the bridge beam body meets the standard in all aspects.
