The train speeds across the Qinling Mountains, marking the official opening and operation of the Xi'an-Shiyan High-Speed Railway. Behind the smooth operation of the thousands of kilometers of track, the turnout products from CRBBG silently shoulder the heavy responsibility of track connection. During the project construction phase, the company's technical personnel took root at the construction sites along the Qinling Mountains, closely monitoring every step of the turnout lifting and commissioning process. 

They optimized the construction plan to address the force challenges of the mountainous track sections, using millimeter-level processing standards to ensure the smooth installation of 42 sets of high-speed turnouts and 48 sets of single-point turnouts at Xi'an East Railway Station, laying a solid hardware foundation for the high-speed railway's opening.

Turnouts are the core components of high-speed railway tracks. CRBBG has upgraded its production processes in terms of alignment design, structural configuration, intelligent forging, and precision machining. It has optimized the super-large radius lead curve to mitigate the impact of trains passing through the turnout and relies on split-type spring clip fasteners to stabilize wheel-rail engagement. 

The switch rail adopts intelligent hot forging technology, coupled with CNC integrated machining technology, to eliminate human errors, enhance the strength of the turnout, and match the high-speed railway operating speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The Xi-Shi HSR is 256 kilometers long and features 7 passenger stations. Xi'an East Station is expected to handle 36.5 million passengers annually, and the excellent quality of turnouts supports the efficient operation of the hub.

Service ensures smooth passage

CRBBG has established a full-cycle after-sales service model, with technical personnel stationed at the construction site to liaise with the construction party and the project owner, and to follow up on the entire process of turnout installation, commissioning, and trial operation, promptly addressing any on-site technical issues. After the opening of the Xi-Shi HSR, it will take only one hour to travel from Xi'an to Shiyan, and the travel time to Xiangyang and Wuhan will be reduced to less than two hours and three hours respectively.
